Job Profile :

  • Attend telephonic inquiries pertaining to the projects.
  • Share details about the projects for online enquiry and convert them to Site Visit.
  • Following up with the clientsuntil the leads get closed.
  • Responsible to identifying opportunities and providing information telephonically to prospects.
  • Communicates Effectively, Oral As Well As Written and ability to recognize tone and mood of customer through written and voice communication.
  • Ability To Comprehend & Respond To All Customer Queries (Through Chat) With Immediate Resolution (Real Time) To Ensure Customer Satisfaction.
  • Ablilty to lead the conversation with customers and proactively suggest resolutions to queries.

Position: CRM Executive

Job Profile :

  • Will be the customer interface as the first point of contact
  • Conduct the welcome call for every new customer
  • Effectively handle customer feedback and complaints
  • Ensure Demand calls
  • Follow up reminder Calls/Emails
  • Highlight defaulters and other risks well on time
  • Final Collection closure
  • Supporting the Customer Care head with insight on customer expectations and issues vis--vis product and customer service delivery

Job Profile :

  • Manage Google / Facebook Campaigns and launch / optimize digital paid media (SEM, display, paid social, etc.)
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media. (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram etc.)
  • Carry out On and Off page SEO / SEM activities to enhance the search engine rankings of all websites domains.
  • Launch optimized online adverts through SMM mediums like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Colombia, Taboola & other native platforms. to increase company and brand awareness.
  • Keyword research, Understnding of Webmaster tool, Google Tag Manager, Google analytics, Google Mybusiness, Facebook Pixel etc.
  • Basic knowledge for marketing creative designing
  • Provide creative inputs for content marketing; manage end - to - end company websites and their maintainance.
  • Experience of Wordpress, HTML, CSS, JS.
